About The Event
VENDOR AGREES:
1. Vendor’s payment for Train Show tables must be paid with signed Registration Application
2. Table location assignments will be made based on prior location or in the order in which payments are received
3. Vendor registration will close at midnight April 19th.
4. Refunds for Train Show table rentals will be given if notified on or before April 12th.
5. No refunds will be given for ‘no-shows’
6. Vendors are to be set up by 9:00 am on Saturday, April 27th and remain set up throughout the Train Show’s hours
of operation. Registration and tables fees will be forfeited if setup is not started by 8:30 am on April 27th.
7. Vendors will use delivery doors in the event halls and keep main entrance free of loading activities
8. Vendors will not tack or tape banners or advertising to the walls and floors
9. Vendors will monitor audio levels of recorded materials so that they are not distracting to dealers or patrons
10. Vendors will keep aisles free of boxes, chairs, etc.
11. Vendors will not assign or sublet, any or all, sections of allocated space.

Table Rental for the Spring 2019 Charleston Train Show, at 5000 Lackawanna Blvd, North Charleston, SC 29418, purchased up to April 5th, 2019. April 6th and later table rate will be $35. Purchase 1 ticket per table.
